. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1953, Goya graduated from the National University of Fine Arts. He currently lives in Okinawa. A reknowned sculptor, he has received commissions from the prefectural and Argentinian governments, and participated in numerous festivals and competitions both in Japan and abroad.
