Eduardo Roca(Choco) (Cuba)

He is liked with nickname "Choco" and developped print technique of collagraph in all Cuba. When he visited Angola as a professor of Art, he recognized his roots in Africa. He awarded the 1st prize in Printing contest of Orense and also an honor prize in Print biennale of Latin American and Carribean.
Awarded the great prize in International Printing Triennale of Kochi (Japan)
 

Nelson Domi´nguez (Cuba)

1947 Born in Santiago de Cuba
1970 Graduated from Cubanacan National Art School
1970-85 Professor and head of thePainting Department of the College of Arts (ISA) and faculty member of its Engraving Department.Member of the Union of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC) and of the International Association of Plastic Artists (AIAP).
Was presented with the National Cultural award and the Alejo Carpentier award.

   


Ana M. Hoyos (Colombia)

Ana Mercedes Hoyos is one of the most outstanding figures in present day Colombian art. Her work has been the subject of three previous book s, received a wide critical commentary and figured in publications like Art News, Newsweek, Time and Art in America.


Horacio Carrena (Argentine)

Born in Buenos Aires of Argentina in 1955. Received the professor of institute of National University of Art in 1978. Started activities as artist in 1979. Principal history for International competition : The 3rd Carribean and Latin American International Art biennial exhibition(2007), The prize of the 3rd Contemporary Art of Antonio Guarda(2006)

   


James Kudo (Brazil)

1967 Born in Pereira Barreto, SP, Brazil

Art Student League, New York, USA

Educated in Univerysity of Art of San Paulo in 1967. His works are characterized by the tinge of plaster yellow and light and shade of black. Opened his own exhibition and also participated in group exhibitions in Nuremberg, New York, Tokyo and Sao Paulo. He is one of the most famous Brazilian modern artists.



Sandra Ramos (Cuba)

Born in Havana in Cuba in 1969. Graduated from National Art Institute in 1993. From the beginning of 1990 he started to hold solo exhibitions and participated in group exhibitions in the world. Received a National Honor Award of Culture in 1997, National Art Leading Award in 1998. In Japan he had a his own exhibition in Fuchu Art Museum in 2003.

Gustavo Von Ha (Brazil)

Born 1977 in Presidente Prudente, Brazil. Currently lives and works in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Born in Sao Paulo of Brazil in 1977. Educated art from his childhood. Received the great prize in the 3rd Kanagawa Biennial exhibition. Has started to wide his field as presenting film works in New York Film Festival 2005 or Melbourne International Film Festival. Resides in Brazil now.

Abel Barroso (Cuba)

Born in Pinar del Rio of Cuba in 1971. Graduated from National Fine Art School in 1990 and National Art Institute in 1995. He is extending solo exhibitions all over the world and also participating in group exhibitions enthusiastically. He presents electronical problems in analogue method(handmade) as woodprint.
Vera de Rivales (Venezuela)

Born in Paris of Russian and Venezuelan descent, Vera de Rivales studied in the Paris Art School with masters from Paris's Beaux-Arts School, Mr Quincy and Mr Lancelin.
History of Art in Louvre's school. She contributed her art activities in Paris and Caracas (capital of Colombia) during 1976-1996). She transferred to Miami to contribute her works during 1996-2003. In 2003, she went back to Paris and keeps her atelier in Douy.

Gustavo Ve´lez (Colombia)

Born in Medellin of Colombia. After educated drawing in Art Institute of Medellin, learned sculpture in Italy. His works are characterized by elegant curved lines and they present eternal pleasure to us. We can feel potential power of Colombian Contemporary Art from his works.


   
Nobara Catalina Hayakawa

Nobara Hayakawa studied graphic design in her native Colombia and then got her Master's degree at Tokyo University of the Arts (Tokyo Geidai). Over the years her interests have spanned almost every image-making disciplines, from website design to photography. She's been organizing the Bogota chapter of PechaKucha Night since 2006 and in 2013 was invited by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota to curate a design exhibition. She currently lives and works in Bogota, Colombia, where she combines her activities with teaching, music making, home-making and painting.

Edison Osorio Zapata (Venezuela)

Born in Caracas of Venezuela. He spent almost of his childhood in Australia. Graduated from The Australian National University. Having an opportunity to come in touch with Japanese art and culture, he came to complete Master's degree course of Tama Art University. His field is very wide from photo-media to glass works and he exhibit his works in both solo and group exhibitions in Australia and Japan. Now resides in USA.

Manuel Velazquez (Mexico)

Manuel Velazquez was born in Chiapas, Mexico, and later on vent to college in Xalapa, Veracruz, where he now lives and works. The rich and pre-Columbian history of these two Mexican states come alive through his artwork. These territories still draw respect and admiration in the present times. Since his childhood he would be exposed to amber-the natural resin in trees, and some of the pips actually recall light amber, or the more yellow/brown material, and some even seem to reveal fossils.

Born in 1974 in Bogotá, Colombia. Carolina Gutiérrez began painting as a child. She studied Art at The Andes University and then she got her Bachelor degree in Architecture at the same University. As she has achieve succes as an Achitect, she has also developed her self as an artist. Her art work has been shown in varius solo an group exhibitions in Bogotá and Miami.

   


Julio Goya (Argentina)

Born in Buenos Aires of Argentina in 1953. Graduated from the institute of National University of Art in Argentina. He has participated in many exhibitions and art fairs in Argentina and overseas. Received "2nd great award of Rodin" in Utsukushi-ga-hara open-air Museum, great award of International Contemporary Sculpture of Art in Fuji Sankei Biennial exhibition and incentive award of Art of Okinawa Times. Resides in Okinawa now.

Rafael Gil (Argentina)

Rafael Gil is born in Buenos Aires in 1942.
He is graduated from “Manuel Belgrano”
and “Prilidiano Pueyrredo´n” National Schools
of Fine Arts, as print and drawing professor.
He makes drawing studies with Naum
Goijman and lithography with Ernesto
Pesce. Since 1994 he receives Art Theory
Studies from Profesor Osvaldo Lo´pez
Chuhurra.
   
Roberto Mamani Mamani (Bolivia)

Born in Cochabamba of Bolivia in 1962. Known as an artist to present identity for indigena(aborigines) strongly. In Japan he exhibited his works in Expo 2005 Aichi Japan. The vivid color and the tone of four seasons reflecting various colors were gained popularity. Now resides in La Paz.

Jose Fors (Cuba)

1958 Born in Havana, Cuba,
1960 Moved to the United States.
1967 Traveled to Mexico, settling first in Guadalajara and later in Mexico City.
1976 Returned to Miami, Florida for three years to study anatomical drawing
with Roberto Martinez. His studies completed, he returned to Guadalajara,
Mexico, where he lives today.
1996 He officially became a Mexican resident.
Arien Xuan Lopez (Cuba)

Arien Xuan Lopez was born in Havana, Cuba, in 1971. His paintings are not only an expression of profession and imagination. In his landscapes of Cubaand other places -while colorful and everyday elements of urban erosion, as in the very personal figuration, where it merges with the expressionist dream-, you may find signs of his own life. There are, turned into prints or unique visual metaphors, traces of the atmosphere and social environment where he lived.
   
Hiraku Sato (Japan)

He is pursueing a root of life force for art activities after being shocked by "Stubbornness" of Yuichi Inoue. He creates the best one in his life thinking it is the last work he wrote before his death.
